Our network
Since 1990, a braod and strong network of reliable and committed people, companies and organizations has emerged that are committed to the sustainable development of the ocean and the research required for this. This network of business, science, politics and society puts us in a position to work on many complex issues relating to our ocean through a variety of projects.
Our focus is mainly on events that allow a constructive dialogue between all ocean stakeholders. In our view, interdisciplinary ocean dialogues have the greatest potential to solve the challenges currently facing the ocean, allowing us to invest in a sustainable future. ocean. Our aim is to use our activities to support initiatives and companies that are working for the common good and which do not further contribute to the destruction of natural and, in particular, marine resources.
In each and every action with and for our network, we carefully consider whether it is a truly sustainable investment in terms of the sustainable management of our ocean, which we not only want to benefit from, but which we must also protect to ensure our own survival on the planet.
We are pleased to be working with the following organizations and institutions on our numerous projects:

Mermaid Kat
Katrin Gray is a qualified diving instructor and freediver. She became known as a professional mermaid under her stage name "Mermaid Kat". The underwater model poses in the open sea for photo shoots or film shoots.
The unmistakable images demonstrate the beauty and also the problems of our underwater world. To illustrate the symbiotic relationship between humans and the ocean, Kat swims with sea creatures such as dolphins, rays, whales, sharks and even saltwater crocodiles. She has supported many marine conservation events and projects internationally and works closely with organizations such as the Shark Project, the German Ocean Foundation and Sea Shepherd.
The Mermaid Kat Academy offers mermaid swimming courses where children and adults can learn to swim in mermaid fins. One focus here is to raise awareness of marine conservation, as every mermaid and merman should be an "ambassador for the ocean".
